科研情况

目前已BMC Genomics、Scientific Data、Molecular Ecology Resources等国内外期刊发表论文30篇(其中SCI论文28,含共同一作3篇)。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项(基于DNA条形码技术研究泰国北部两栖类生物多样性2016.01至2018.12,结题),参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划(微进化)、中国科公司战略性先导科技专项先导B、云南省科学技术厅重大科技专项计划等国家级及省部级科研项目15项,参与出版书籍2本。入选2026云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才。应邀为BMC Genomics、BMC Ecology and Evolution、Scientific Data、Scientific Reports等学术期刊审稿。曾是中国两栖类信息系统www.amphibiachina.org的建设和管理者。
